1. Members must sign and agree to the Policy and Procedures.
2. An annual membership fee of $2.00 will apply to any member of the Jamaat wishing to use the library facilities.
3. No child under the age of seven can become a member of the library without the written consent of a parent.
4. All members are limited to borrowing two items at a time; whether it’s books, audio or videotapes, in any combination.
5. Membership cards have to be presented at all times in order to make use of the library
6. All books will be loaned out for a period of 2 (two) weeks. A renewal extension can be applied for up to two more times, at which point the book has to be returned.
7. All audio/video materials can be loaned for 2 (two) weeks. No extension will be granted for renewal.
8. Charges will apply on all late returns at the rate of $0.10 a day for the books and $0.25 for videos.
9. Any items lost will have to be replaced at the full value of the item or $25.00, which ever is higher.
10. Teachers can sign out books for the day, provided that the entry is recorded on a daily log.
